How many days ship in forgetfulness? What are you doing with your life?....... If you really know how to live, what better way to start the day than with a smile :) ?

 A true smile is a source of an awakened mind, and a positive mind.

 How can you remember to smile when you wake up? First, you may need a reminder. Let’s hang things, a leaf, a painting, or some inspiring words, in the area that you can notice first thing in the morning. Once you develop the practice, then you will not need a sign anymore. You will smile as soon as you open your eyes with a brand new 24 hours.

Smiling helps you approach the day with gentleness and compassion.
